And 6 to knit.
I finished knitting D's Christmas socks this afternoon. I used up all of the Opal Tiger leftovers and most of the leftovers from the Opal Zebra socks I knit for my sister a few years ago. The photo shows how far I got with the Tiger yarn in comparison to how much sock I needed to knit. The end of the skein has been earmarked for D every since he asked me if the Tiger socks I was knitting were for him. He asked me that 4 years ago (when he was 3).
Next up is another pair of spiral tube socks. This time I'm using an odd skein of Forest Shepherd Sock from the depths of the sock stash for B. His favorite color is green, and the only other green sock yarn I have in the stash right now is handspun. It's not fair to my sister to give a pair of handwash only socks to a 5 year old boy.
